$425,000 Sales Price Equals $3,187.50 Cash Credit on the Closing Statement paid to our buyers the day of closing.

$100k - $350k purchase price = .50% Rebate
$351k - $550k purchase price = .75% Rebate
$551k - $750k purchase price = 1% Rebate
$751k purchase price and up = 1.25% Rebate

Note:  All Rebates are based upon 3% Commission being paid to Dane Warren Real Estate.  When commission is 2.5% rather than 3% for Resale Homes the Rebate will be reduced .25%
