I would recommend Dane Warren Real Estate to friends seeing local knowledge of the South Charlotte market, as well as looking for an alternative to the traditional broker commission model but still needing help from a professional team of real estate agents. Their website has all the details but our relatively quick transactions were made even more pleasant by the buyer rebates we received, one each from selling our existing home and then for buying a different property.

As far as communication goes, the husband and wife duo team meant that someone was always providing coverage, and we received a good amount of overall communication throughout. Once we described what we were looking for, Dane was able to set up a targeted MLS feed that we responded to once we saw interesting properties. If we were interested in a property, they always made someone available to show it, and offers were always written up within the same day, with good inter-communication between agents (Dane seemed to know everyone he called like they were old college buddies).

On selling our existing home, Dane came in conservative on the asking price, which we were (originally) confident we could beat. However, he was able to field multiple offers on our home and allowed us to choose a later, way better offer we wouldn't have received if Dane had not facilitated. So right were he needed to be when it counted. Marie had excellent follow up on the paperwork and for what could have easily gone wrong in many different ways, never did.

I think they did a great job and if you are looking for South Charlotte property, they are some of the best local professionals I've found.

He is always available at a moment's notice to show us properties and is extremely knowledgeable about the market given how much volume they do annually. They also are good at listening to their client's needs and taking suggestions on certain things that we thought would help the listing for our home sale.
